We will be taking instructions for EPC’s and HCR’s directly from HIP providers, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Home Owners direct.
We are actively recruiting Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors to meet the requirements of our clients nationwide.
Through our central contact point and online management system, we can provide you with instructions, send out appointment letters and work with you to achieve a regular flow of work. We do not require any registration fee from you and you can maintain your independence.
We will offer work ‘on a quoted fee per job’ basis with no further deductions. You will have the choice to accept or decline a job accordingly. We also operate a fair fee policy.
